IN-HOUSE DESIGN. Unlike most home builders, we have computer-aided design and drafting services along with large format printing in-house.

 

We have a vast collection of unique and attractive designs - literally thousands. We use these as a starting point for designing your new home and can modify them as you desire. Or we can start from scratch using your ideas. Moreover, having design services in-house, enables us to turn around your design and budget quickly. This keeps the project on-schedule and on-budget with no waiting days or weeks for the “designer” to get back to you and hoping that he’s got it right.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING. Many of the homes we build have unique structural conditions requiring the services of a Professional Engineer. Calling upon a relationship spanning 25 years, we have immediate access to professional engineering services, as needed. Smart and elegant solutions to difficult challenges are not a problem.

ARCHITECTS. In some instances the client has employed the services of an architect to express their vision of the perfect home. We enjoy working with architects as oftentimes they bring a different perspective to the art and science of fine homebuilding.
